Mij established Tenancy Solutions in 1995 (then known as Looker Property Consultants) when he was appointed by Subway to establish the brand in South Australia and Northern Territory (and later Western Australia).
Mij is responsible for the growth of Tenancy Solutions to where it is now and has developed relationships with many major businesses as a consequence of the highly successful negotiations he has carried out on their behalf.
He is well known and respected throughout the industry and prides himself on developing co-operative relationships to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

Iain Arnold
Iain has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to joining Tenancy Solutions from Knight Frank, Iain was the National Development Manager for Wendy’s Supa Sundaes and, for the decade before that, a Partner of SA Lease Management, providing negotiation strategies and advice across retail, commercial and industrial property to clients ranging from small business owners to public companies and government agencies.
Pam Lewington
Pam has extensive administrative experience and has been working in commercial property leasing for the past 15 years. Her duties include dealing with general client enquiries, day to day follow up on active projects, reporting and generally ensuring the smooth progression of client property projects.
